I’m the Director of Discipleship Ministry at the Lutheran Church of Our Saviour in Calgary, Alberta. I’m a graduate of Briercrest College, Regent College in Vancouver and I’m now working on a doctoral degree at Tyndale Seminary in Toronto. I’m involved in missions spent much of my summer in Brazil and Peru. I am married to Kelly and we have three (likely overfed) goldfish named Stash, Orange Peel, and Conquistador (update: In spite of our best efforts, Conquistador passed on, while Stash and Orange Peel have a new home across town. We had to give them up because of travel commitments). In the photo, I’m visiting some relics from the Ancient Near East proudly displayed at The Louvre.

Hi,
Pastor Tim Graf told me about your planned trip to Isreal, and I would like to come. I would probably be coming from Wales. I am certain I could find my way to Jerusalem in time to meet you there. I have a friend in Wales who would be interested as well. Would that be ok?
Something else. How is your French? I went to St. Benoit du Lac last month and found a little story about ‘L’Epicerie du Ciel’ in the gift shop of the Benedictine Monastery and would like to send it to you in the original if your French is up to it. I know you have a French name, but that doesn’t always mean that you also speak French.

“Likely overfed”??? (in reference to the goldfish)
During my visit, I observed their behavior.
I’d say those goldfish are “Wayy” overfed!
I think their swimming resembles more like the swimming of little balls of dough, with fins.
